Pros

Estoy realmente satisfecho de formar parte del equipo de Galileo. Lo que más destaco es el ambiente de trabajo, donde todos son increíblemente amables y colaboradores. La cultura es muy positiva y se siente el apoyo mutuo.

Cons

Si bien no es un problema, es importante mencionar que, debido a la naturaleza internacional de la operación, a veces trabajamos con un husos horarios diferentes al local. Sin embargo, esto es completamente manejable y, en muchos casos, incluso resulta en una mejor organización del día o en una mayor flexibilidad. Es más un detalle operativo a considerar que una desventaja real.

Processes are very fluid and in constant change, which can be challenging for those seeking a stable, unchanging work environment. Work collaboration with other teams could be improved.
