Pros

People that you work with. (Make good relationships with customers and other workers.) Depending on location you are at, you can make more money through commission. You have the opportunity to grow within the company. (Move up to management or even possible to ownership.) possible opportunity to fly to different locations for trainings or for annual meetings. (All expense paid) Learning to do hair and hair styles.

Cons

Severity depending on your position. Always standing on feet. Working long shifts. Unrealistic expectation and nothing is ever good enough. For some, learning to do hairstyles can be a challenge. If you're a sales associate, it's a very demanding job. You need to make sure you meet your numbers and they really push you! You have to go out and grab people to buy from you. If you're in management, it's even more stressful. You don't get paid enough for what you do/what you deal with. No work-life balance. Micromanaging owner. You literally have NO LIFE!

Pros

Enjoy the perks of receiving discounts on hair accessories and extensions.

Cons

1. Diverse Responsibilities In my brief tenure there, my title as Graphic Designer expanded into encompassing marketing, sales associate management, and various other tasks. 2. Versatile Roles The dynamic nature of the company encouraged individuals to take on versatile roles, like being a constructive handyman or an alternative professional, while their core position remained that of a salesman. 3. Mismatched Responsibilities One glaring aspect was the mismatch between job titles and actual duties, creating an environment where employees found themselves doing everything. 4. Personal data leakage They are using your data, and your personal information is leaking. Consequently, I receive numerous, unsolicited calls almost every day. If you work there, consider using a dedicated work phone, separate from your personal one. Do not disclose your personal phone number, as there is a risk of personal data leakage.
