      Pros

      You will get to travel across the country from west to east a lot. They train you a lot of sales skill. You will learn a lot of method how to make various hair styles using their products. It is actually fun to learn.

      Cons

      You will be forced to sell their products at kiosks regardless of your position. Employees don't leave the office until the owner leaves. They easily stay till 9 pm at average.

      Cons

      I am worked constantly. Our customer service sucks. I don't get paid nearly enough for what I do.

      Overtime. You have to stand up all day. No vacations No days off They overwork their managers
