Pros

Amazing coworkers/ community So many promotional opportunities Work perks such as free lunch/breakfast, fun work events, customizable work clothes, and getting to see the clients grow Lots of opportunity to hear feedback from supervisors Continuous learning and growth in your role Regular meetings to stay in the know and surveys to provide personal feedback Student loan repayment and health, vision, and dental insurance

Cons

Only guaranteed 30-40 hours a week and it can fluctuate Base pay and your billable rate are different so client cancellations can affect your paychecks No set and regular break times All of the disadvantages mentioned are due to working in a field that bills clients through insurance so many of the disadvantages aren’t directly related to Soar but rather come from working in a field that deals with insurance
