Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you valued working alongside caring coworkers and appreciated the opportunity to support the kids at Soar. Building a team that feels connected and focused on making a difference is important to us, and it’s encouraging to know that aspect was meaningful during your time here. We also appreciate your feedback around burnout prevention and workload. While we’ve made efforts to address these areas, we recognize there’s more to consider and we’ll keep your perspective in mind as we look at how to better support our team. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad to hear that you're enjoying your teammates and the opportunity to work with our amazing kids — that's at the heart of what we do. We want to clarify that all full-time RBTs at Soar are guaranteed 30 hours per week after their initial ramp-up period. That ramp-up period is designed to help new team members get acclimated to their center, build relationships, and get comfortable in the role. If you’re still consistently seeing fewer than 30 hours after your ramp-up period, we encourage you to connect with your center leadership. We’re always open to feedback and want all of our team members to feel supported and empowered to share their experiences. Thanks again for being a part of the Soar team!
