Pros

Soar is great at asking for employee feedback and implementing it. They consistently send out surveys and work to create an environment that all employees learn and grow in. They also invest in their employees and match your effort. They consistently ensure that each team member is doing their job efficiently, and make room for other opportunities that could improve the center. The attendance policy for RBT's is pretty generous, and the pay is comparable to other jobs in the field. Soar is very transparent about their policies, and once you fully learn them it is extremely easy to navigate.

Cons

Soar is a great place to work, however working as an RBT is a hard job. There is a high turnover rate, and sometimes hours fluctuate which can be frustrating at times.

Pros

As a BCBA working with Soar, I can confidently say this company is an exceptional place to work. Not only do they provide evidence-based ABA services that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, but they also truly value their employees’ work-life balance with reasonable monthly billables. Soar encourages open and honest feedback, which fosters a culture of collaboration and growth.
