-benefits and holiday -collaboration with OT and speech -the snacks and drinks provided for staff members ( it truly feels like they are about your well being )

Cons

-Things can be unclear because of how frequent changes occur. -Meetings feel like they could of been emails -even though the billing is low it is difficult to take a true break because of the amount of meetings/insurance phone calls -training is so much information in a short amount of time it is difficult to retain everything

Soar Autism Center is a great, collaborative work environment that walks the walk. It's honestly one of the best place that I've worked. It attracts mission-driven people who care about the therapy that we provide to our clients, and I love working on a team that is focused on finding more people who are aligned. Leadership is willing to learn and has a continuous improvement mindset, and I've grown so much professionally during my time here.

Culture may slightly differ across centers, but it's still an overall great company
