By far the best ABA company to work for. Ian and Jen are great leaders and very personable. Overall the leadership team is flexible, understanding, and promote a work life balance. The company is constantly looking for ways to improve their processes and value input from ALL their employees.

Cons

Soar is a growing company, which comes with a lot of change as they're improving their systems and processes. However, if you are ready to learn new things and grow with the company, this place is for you.

They really try to foster a sense of belonging in their employees, and everyone is quick to help out a colleague in need of some assistance!

Cons

It can be very draining work, and the hours and coverage switch constantly. I dislike that coverage can be assigned rather than inquired about if it’s more than an hour before the start of the coverage session.
