Pros

At Soar, the growth that you see in these kids is astounding. It is the best feeling when a child learns a new skill and you can see your efforts payoff right in front of you! The company is very open to feedback and constantly making positive changes for its employees.

Cons

Last minute scheduling changes can cause frustration.

Pros

Founders of the company are still heavily involved and deeply value the mission. Staff feedback is always taken into account during changes and everyone genuinely cares about the progress of the kids and wellbeing of the staff.

Cons

As an ABA provider, the company is reliant on Medicaid and other insurance payments so pay rate can only be so high.
