Pros

I have no pros to list.

Cons

They treat employees terribly. Workers are expected to work unpaid hours regularly. Workers can’t even reliably get to the bathroom or enter and leave the building. Soar is completely unreliable to do the smallest thing. Nearly every day has a whole list of things that are going wrong. Terrible environment for workers with tons of turnover. Somehow they keep opening new locations and are always understaffed. Poorly managed to say the least. Worst job I’ve ever worked.

Pros

They are flexible with hours

Cons

There is little training and virtually no supervision. It is a glorified daycare and they will not help you with the child you are working with when asked.
