Pros

Every time I step foot into Soar I can always count on the support and kindness from my peers. Anytime anyone runs into an issue I always know my peers at soar have my back and will do everything they can to accommodate me. I can always trust that my peers are giving their all to accommodate the clients at soar and help them learn in the most efficient and creative ways.

Cons

We could always use more clear and concise communication.

Pros

It's play based therapy, with lots of room for growth for RBTs. At the clinician level, there is lots of opportunities for learning.

Cons

Scheduling isn't ironed out yet. We are still growing. Upper management can be micromanaging.
