Pros

A good concept but has grown too fast and far more interested in quantity versus quality.

Cons

Become a chain versus a therapy clinic. Love the kiddos and the dedication of our therapists. Grown so large have not even met the clinic supervisor and turn over has been rising in the last 6 months.

I have been unhappy with their clinical protocols and have surfaced these issues numerous times at their Quebec location.

Cons

It is not an approach that promotes behavior reduction through positive reinforcement. As a result I am not comfortable with their practices.
