Pros

BCBAs and other RBTs are really nice and they are there to support you.

Cons

For the company RBTs are just a number and they can easily be replaced. They are always hiring because they’re turnover rate is extremely high. What they offer looks great on paper but the reality is completely different. The greed of the company is palpable, they only care about expanding and having businesses without cementing a strong foundation at any center. All of the centers are hectic and people keep quitting, from BCBAs, to SLPs, and primarily RBTs. They keep coming up with “solutions “ to try to make employees stay, but those so called solutions only benefit the company.

Pros

Working here has been a breath of fresh air. The diversity in team members, thanks to the interdisciplinary nature of the services, fosters a uniquely enriching environment of different perspectives and specializations. I am particularly impressed by the company's emphasis on naturalistic therapy, steering clear from conventional, outdated practices. This innovative approach to work makes each day exciting and different. However, the real heart of the company lies in its people. The team is supportive, passionate, and dedicated, truly creating a sense of community within the workspace. The fact that it's a young, rapidly growing company means that there are numerous opportunities for growth and advancement, making it a hotbed of professional development. In summary, if you're searching for a dynamic, progressive workplace that values its employees and is at the forefront of innovative practices, this is the place for you. The company provides a work experience full of opportunities, camaraderie, and continual learning.

Cons

The growth of Soar, while exciting, sometimes means a frequent influx of new faces, which can occasionally be overwhelming.
