Pros

Good promotion opportunities with clear objectives Fantastic clients A culture of wanting to support one another most of the time

Cons

No paid note writing time other than when you are with clients leads to unpaid work BCBAs and office staff communication varies office to office Cliques and lack of team morale Constant change on the teams leads to higher rates of client behaviors and staff stress High burnout

Address staff turnover and burnout
