Pros

Boss is really flexible and easy to work with, understanding and professional. Seems interested in you as a person and not just as a cog in the machine. Staff skews young and hip, so it's a perfect part-time gig. It's like a small family in a lot of ways. They also like to give employees who prove themselves a greater role in the operations.

Cons

If you're looking for full-time work this might not be the place, depending on your location.
