Pros

Some of the best coworkers I've ever had, felt like a family. Most of the staff are very passionate about the work and doing a good job. Offered AMAZING benefits that I didn't appreciate until I left. Towards the end, conversations were starting about improving work/life balance and increasing job satisfaction among staff. Job satisfaction tends to depend on which arm of the company you work for.

Cons

Poor work/life balance for most staff that allow that to be the case. I was able to push back and keep to a roughly 40 hour work week most of the time. Managers really cared about teaching me and mentoring me. Despite having little to no experience, I was eventually able to conduct an evaluation, and provide technical input just through on the job training.

Pros

Social Impact is a youthful but professional company. Working at SI is motivating; everyone is diligently striving to improve the company as well as develop themselves professionally. I feel encouraged to grow every day and take on new challenges. My hard work is acknowledged and appreciated and my aspirations are fostered. This is truly a great place to start a career and grow yourself. Additional Pros: *Great lunch spots within walking distance *Extremely close to the Courthouse Metro stop *Free gym in the bottom of the building

Cons

I can't think of any cons.
