There are incredible opportunities for growth, networking, and career advancement. The management team is responsible, knowledgeable, and open to new ideas regarding the company's direction. Similarly, they are open to understanding where your preference is for a balance of the management vs. technical tasks available.
Cons
Each program manager is managing somewhere between 10 and 20 projects at any given time. While this can be a great opportunity, it can also lead to stress and the need to prioritize. Perfection is not always possible.
