      I dont have any complaints. I loved my team and they taught me everything I needed to know

      They made us go back on site 5 days a week even though most people already was getting 2 days from home prior to the pandemic.

      Good benefits. Flexible time off

      Cons

      Pay not very competitive. Heavy customer service that is increasingly challenging with not enough staff and really old computer systems.
