I hate it here.

Pros

Good healthcare, good pay, full-time telework for now.

Cons

You are treated like you don't matter. Forget about being proud of the work you produce, because they really only care about speed. You work on a production index that is strict, and are not given enough time to produce quality decisions (even though they keep asking for more and more). I can't wait to leave.

Pros

Benefit package, wages, FERS, and TSP.

Cons

Miserable work environment, incompetent leadership, faux work/life boundaries, micro-management/aggressions, impossible workloads, no real care for employee health, high employee turnover.

Pros

You get management experience. You get to understand how things work behind the scenes.

Cons

They do no show appreciation for anyone of character or smart. They will use you, prevent you from moving up so they can take advantage of your talents on the cheap. Only if you are unscrupulous and lazy do you get promoted.
