Pros

Great benefits & flexible schedule

Cons

Very confusing work and unfair and disorganized environment. Very high pressure from management and a lot of micromanagement. Management pushes quantity over quality. Cases are reviewed differently based on the policies used.

Pros

You get a lot of time off and they really can't ask you to work more than 40 hours a week, between the hours of 7 and 5:30pm, so you will definitely not spend too much of your life working

Cons

They really jam pack those 40 hours with as much as they can possibly squeeze out of a person

Pros

Coworkers are great, flexible hours, benefits…

Cons

So much work, always behind, it’s impossible to catch up, people are always leaving so you end up with their backs work as well. I just can’t cope with the enormity of the work load, it’s impossible. Customers can be horrible as well.
