Pros

Helping people in need and working with vulnerable population

Cons

worst culture, overwork people and have them do the work of the people that they want to promote, a lot of nepotism, worst agency with worst culture, worst management, full of loyalists all over the agency so no changes ever, no career growth because they will stop you every chance they get unless you are part of the group that they like, You don't have to know the job. You will get promoted if they want to.

Pros

two days of remote work, excellent benefits, retirement benefits, pay

Cons

you have to deal with the demands of the public on a daily basis and with long wait times and very strict policies it can be a very stressful place to work on a daily basis.
