      You help a lot of people who have had traumatic events (a death, a sudden disability).

      Cons

      Absolutely no end to the workload. My small office of 16 people had to pump out the same amount of work as the offices with 50+ employees. It all varies on office size, jurisdiction, and management in the field office and in the area office.
