Excellent Place to Work

Pros

Helping actual people, not just trying to pad the bottom line of someone who is rich. Excellent time off, no pressure to work more than your standard 40 hours if you don't want to. You get to home and be home, not be tied to your phone in case someone needs you. If you are willing to work for it, and not are able to relocate you can move up.

Cons

You are not going to get rich. If you don't want to move, it could be hard to move up.
