Job security, decent pay, retirement, decent working environment, loose dress code, great coworkers, some fun events, occasional bonuses decided by the legislature

Highly politicized environment, rampant favoritism, management rarely fulfills promises or communicates with employees, loose dress code, lack of a team environment, departments are extremely territorial and do not respond well to any form of constructive criticism or suggestions
