Plenty of work and since work is generated by the "entitled public" there will be plenty more to come

Cons

Boring work, don't expect to use anything you have learned in college. No one in the office expected to be here after high school/college. Unsupportive management, care only for their own upward mobility.

Flexible Work Hours, Large Case Load, On The Job Training, Work At Home Opportunity, On Site Security, Fully Automated Environment, Team share the workload. Sunshine Club Membership Available, Benefits Available at reasonable cost,, Overtime when Available

Cons

Cases are repetitive, Office Equipment not able to handle the workload creates lots of malfunctions. no promotions beyond GS 8 Level only 5 position available at the GS9 Positions unless willing to relocate.
