      Pros

      the satisfication of helping others. I opportunity to advance into management. And its amazing the way the program works, considering the amount of people that are being served.

      Cons

      To be honest, its hard to find something negative to say so I will say about the programs and policies, they are set by law and very difficult to change.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedules. You can accumulate credit hours to use instead of annual or sick leave. Flex time is available at the beginning or end of the day.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism. There are lots of family members who work for the agency. It's a plus to know someone on the inside. Lots of managers get their children jobs and significant others.
