      Pros

      Job security that is about it because they won't hire anymore and the people they do hire they don't want to lose because it takes at least 3 years to be poorly trained and most don't make it past 3 years.

      Cons

      Every possible minute you are on the clock you are micromanaged, understaffed, work with dangerous and unwell individuals with large holes in security practices. Any negative you don't want in a job this place checks the box.

      You are off and get paid for federal holidays.

      Cons

      It felt like the Hunger Games. Everyday you come to work someone might be missing and you're not sure if they got fired or got tired of the anxiety and quit. Management and trainers also refuse to give you clear feedback on your performance. You have to take and pass exams, but no one tells you what's considered passing or failing. Nine month training period you are advised not to take off.

      there are minimal pros. Primary being the flexibility.

      Cons

      Be a robot, endless workloads, unrealistic completion dates, keep head down, face down, talk to no one and have zero opinions. Horrible office morale and very dated office culture.
