Pros

Flexible hours, Flexible vacation requests, ability to move to other offices around the US, COVID response was good, fully remote from 3/19/20 til 4/2022, then switched to a Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote schedule. Starts at GS 6 or 7, but jumps to 9 after a year, then 11 after another year, and then goes up in steps.

Cons

Not fully remote, deals with front facing public majority of the time, need to have top notch customer service skills to maneuver the public.
