Pros

Decent pay, good benefits. Good work hours.

Cons

Everything else. Incompetent management. Extreme nepotism; everyone in local field office including management seems to be related to other employees in the local area. Impossible work loads. Management bombarding you with constant emails for status of work cases, yet you’re expected to be answering constant phone calls all day.

Pros

Flex tiime. Good health insurance.

Cons

Insane micromanaging. Pressure to move cases means that people don't work together as a team. Most want to quit but it's difficult because this job has very few transferrable skills. They sell the job as public service but it feels more like working in a sweat shop. BA pay is much too low for what they demand.
