Excellent health benefits, including paid leave for annual, sick, and credit hours. ---Opportunity to work credit hours to save vacation days. ---Offices are clean, secure, and well-equipped.

      ---Despite diversity, biases are widespread and harmful. ---Office politics make career advancement very difficult. ---Diversity training is not taken seriously, leading to a toxic culture. ---Promotions often based on favoritism rather than merit. ---Management is not held accountable for the negative work environment.

      Flexible work schedule. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Government Job with massive volume of work, very long training period. It is stressful trying to work with so much volume of work and work accurately and quickly. You are working with social security laws and policies, you will learn a lot about the agency in this position but it is a tough position.
