Unfortunately, Upper Management didn't see that I was a valuable employee despite my disabilities. I was slower at case production than other employees due to my disabilities, and asked for a job coach, which was denied. They also denied me time to work with the job coach I so clearly needed and have extra time to finish my training in conjunction with the help from the job coach to get up to the production they wanted. I could have done it if they did not deny me the RAs. I've done it before at a state agency, so I knew I could do it again. But they just didn't see it that way. Instead, they chose to find that I was "Not A Qualified Employee" because of my medical conditions! It's no wonder the SSA has the lowest employee satisfaction rating of all the large agencies in the federal government!

Very short staffed and low morale.
