Pros

The clients are great and I love working with them.

Cons

They lie to people and make it look like the facility is great for their son/daughter but in reality can be dangerous. Lies to corporate when an employee gets hurt. Management YELLS at clients. Dint trust them, they're a dirty comp ah and always over maximum capacity. Clients aren't people to this company they're just numbers And money.

Pros

The clients make your day with their sense of humor. Never worked past 5:30pm mon-fri. They allow overtime. Bi-weekly checks were normally $630 but still low. Good for young people.

Cons

Poor management. Very low pay especially for the type of work (cleaning, wiping soiled clients, getting hit by them). No room for growth. No raise. No bonuses
