Pros

It is a very easy job that anyone.can learn to do in a short period of time,the hours are good workers are very friendly,the boss she very professional at doing her job,the clients are also friendly.

Cons

Well i think that you have to be the kind off person that is always in control off everything. The job requires you to be very focus in what your doing. You deal with people everyday but not everyday is the same. Anything can set off a client in order for then to have a bad day,is park off the job for the staff to stop it from happening.

experience in field, steady paycheck

Cons

low pay 9.50/hour to start, no raises, poor benefits, many furlough days, high school like atmosphere and culture, many employees set in their ways don't like change, write ups and verbal warnings similar to high school, disorganized, understaffed management so low level staff get more and more responsibility but no added pay, will always tell you what you do wrong and rarely what you do right, stale atmosphere, old employees with seniority can seriously do wrong or very little and retain job, old staff not welcoming of new staff, complaining and ratting out other employees encouraged,
