Both Staff and Admin are uncivil,backstabbers and two faced.

*disorganized, unhelpful, rude, sketchy attitude of management toward employees AND participants *the organization had a lawsuit against it for not paying employees their due wages *very poor management (poor treatment, rude and angry for seemingly no reason, needs improvement) *lack of professionalism: hostile work environment due to workplace drama, talking behind your back, speaking negatively, etc. *very little training, support, and guidance *you can only travel within a 10 mile radius *participants are not always happy to be there *demanding: a lot of responsibility for little pay *you have to drive a company vehicle which leaves the possibility of accidents *suggestions are not paid attention to *compassion fatigue, caregiver burnout, vicarious trauma *sometimes people in the community are rude *little to no room for promotion or raise
