Pros
Hours are decent. Start early morning end in the afternoon. My boss is really great. So are a few of my coworkers.
Cons
A lot of staff are lazy, highly inept. I’m given the impression this company hires almost anyone. The pay is horrible, and the management caters to lazy employees. The company is very tolerant of horrible behavior such as coming late to work, calling off, and gossip. There’s horrible, rampant, flourishing gossip in the workplace that the company doesn’t seem to mind. Company doesn’t show much appreciation for Admin employees, which is just sad. Also, company policy seems to discriminate against speaking other languages in the work place but doesn’t address the multitude of issues that arise with gossiping? Hm
