      The back-breaking disconnect and micromanagement from supervisors will tarnish your experience!

      Pay was decent and benefits were fair.

      Cons

      The real issue was the disconnected nature of the team. Supervisors are incredibly micromanaging. making even the simplest tasks feel like back-breaking chores. They'd throw constant curveballs and barely communicate, leaving you in the dark. It felt like they didn't trust anyone to make decisions on their own. The lack of support made it clear no one cared about your input.

      - A passionate management team which are willing to make the change - The problem domain is interesting and cutting edge. - WFH policy

      - Need more product ideas - Dealing with legacy code and design which normally are not expected in a startup

      Forward looking company on all fronts, tech stack, Gen AI, Growth outlook. Have been here for over 3 years and the flexibility and freedom to move the company and product forward has always been in my control

      Cons

      Change in priorities can cause fatigue, but no complaints - this has been the case in previous startups I worked at - As long as I understand the intent.
