So much office politics. The chefs and some of the management are unprofessional. (I will not talk about the food and how it is kept sometimes, for fear of retaliation). Depends on who makes it and how properly it is kept, I will be careful of what I personally eat there. The chef and some of the management will easily lie to your face and will not stand by you if you have been unfairly treated by one of 'them'! If one of 'them' don't like you, they will make sure the rest of the management and crew also alienate you and treat you differently. If they have an issue with you, 'they' will shout at you in front of everyone and make you cry. Favoritism is common there. There are a couple of managers that are decent but, they won't stand up for you because they too are afraid of retaliation from 'them'. One of the worst places I worked so far. I would like to say much more, but I will not because I don't feel safe to do so.

I feel a major setback with the company is conflict resolution. I feel many issues that are addressed to upper management are often "swept under the rug" and not fully resolved. There is also a confidentiality flaw that is not always honored, and managers don't feel fully supported when addressing issues with upper management on another level.
