      Pros

      Very competitive salaries within the Administrative staff. With having offices in 88 countries, they are a very diverse company and take pride in their diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Advancement does not happen often if you are not already senior management, despite their claims of transparency, they are not very forthcoming when it comes to disclosing what is being done to grow the business. The smaller segments do not have much of a "voice" and their suggestions are not taken seriously

      Quite a bit of flexibility as a manager as far as "work/life balance" goes

      Cons

      This is a very bloated company. Instead of focusing on operations, efficiency and beneficial technology, everything is HR focused and the primary objective is to decrease liability.

      Management is extremely unprofessional. Administrative Assistant is very rude and uneducated and treats employees unprofessionally (She's a lot of the reason the turnover rate is SO high!!) The level of work that is expected for one person is ridiculous and to put up with the Unprofessionalism and disrespect of "adults" is too much!
