Health Insurance, Decent Benefits Package

Lack of Managment Support, No personal time what so ever seems like I am always working, Pay does not meet work demands, Management has no respect for the true workers.

Mostly a monday through friday work week. Benefits are good.

Cons

Many, many. A few are: When a weekend event takes place, at any unit in the area, as a manager, you are considered "free labor" so you have to work without any compensation. The shrinking business segment results in shrinking opportunities. Once you reach a certain level, which is not that high, there is really no where else to go. Because we pay our hourly people so little, it is difficult to keep a full staff. Manager raises occour annually and never exceed a 2% increase. The raises are therefore less than inflation, while insurance rises every year. Not all financial performance information shared with even unit managers.
