      Pros

      professional growth encouraged and opportunities available. hmmmm... twenty word minimum, huh? good place to train for a job with a better company.

      Cons

      low pay health benefits, even for management, so bad as to consider them insulting 50 hour work week not nearly balanced by wages and benefits

      Pros

      Sodexo is a large company with many opportunities worldwide. As a manager you have the support of a dedicated financial team and also HR team.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Expectation of minimum 50 hour work week. Addition of responsibilities without compensation. Management by spreadsheet rather than by operational needs. Too much effort cutting costs rather than building business.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed a great work atmosphere and have worked with great people and enjoy great benefits. Supervisors are always willing to help and take great interest in their employees.

      Cons

      The only con is that I had to re-locate without an actual transfer to a new SODEXO account. I am still an employee and have a few weeks of health insurance remaining but REALLY need to get a job ASAP, here in CT. I moved from VA when my pregnant fiancé's job transferred her to CT! Hopefully I'll get help and a job here soon.
