      Great beginning with a poor ending

      Pros

      If you're looking for a foot in the door in the clinical engineering realm this may be a place to start. Training opportunities for BMETS moving through the ranks.

      Cons

      This company talks about how it values it's employees but in reality this is not true. Company policies aren't applied equally. Benefits went from incredible to forgettable. Almost all company perks have been taken away.

I'm glad that during your 8 years you were able to access training and development in your field, but there should never be any issues with how you are treated or the application of company policies. Though it appears you're no longer an employee, I encourage any employee who feels there is an issue with treatment or policies to reach out to either HR or the Office of Employment rights to discuss your concerns and receive guidance for how to proceed.
