There are some fairly easy spots that can be had, good pay to start with, awesome coworkers.

Cons

Must fight for a raise - no structured system to guarantee progression. Promotions are seldom based on merit or loyalty, just favoritism. Swing shift for many positions, can be good or bad depending on your situation.
