No company is 100% perfect, although I absolutely LOVE what I do and who I work with. My one suggestion would be: While the workforce around us changes, we must follow suit and become more competitive in order to retain long standing hard working employees.

People here are super nice. Good pay, PTO, 401K plan. In my role, I have the opportunity to communicate with all departments. The company is willing to apply changes for the sake of the employees.

Cons

Better healthcare plan can be provided and some flexibility to work from home.
