      Jobs here are secure and can be very long term, ground level employees are a joy to work with and all band together. Team Spirit.

      Cons

      Poor Communication between HQ Department Owners and the UK Sites, bordering line "UK Entity" is an after thought - Getting assistance or even a response from the majority of the company HQ is difficult. Site Manager works on aged Toxic Management Style. Immediate results but no long term affect using Fear and the lack of a better word, Tantrums.
