No pros, very rigid corporation

Cons

No progression, no flexibility, very old fashioned ( a colleague with red hair was asked to change it to a more natural colour, she left) Severely understaffed at all times, the manager does not care about how much pressure they put on people and what their workload is. Had to work non contracted weekend hours which were not paid.

Cons

The culture is toxic and I do not say this lightly. Manipulation, lying, and rooting for others to fail is common place and is seemingly rewarded by leadership. The CEO makes all the decisions and all other positions of leadership have zero influence. Additionally, working from home is not allowed and they do not seem concerned with the safety of the employees regarding covid protocols or during extreme weather events – such as the EF2 tornado that touched down less than 2 miles from the office last year. Plus, the office environment is not great – the walls are very thin and there is no privacy - the CEO requires that you keep your door open.
