"No training provided, but hires you with no relevant experience"
Pros
Learned some Spanish (on-the-job training is limited English) and enjoyed being called a "Mechanic"
Cons
Witnessed most of the maintenance team "running around like a headless chicken" for electrical troubleshooting and fixing problems by hitting on all electrical components. The work environment is so biased you can feel it without getting to know anyone. Training non-existent, they will hire you as Electrical Tech. to do electrical work only 10% of total time. Management will throw you under the bus, encourage you to work during "imaginary lunch breaks", ruin any personal life you joined the company with. RUN! I have never seen this much Mickey-Mouse maintenance work EVER! Quality work will not be possible here... Band-Aid/Tape is strongly recommended for tool set.
