      Pros

      The money was better than most.

      Cons

      Extremely dusty, as a tradesmen there is limited variety, so little that a first year apprentice who isn't the brightest is left to do preventative work on his own. No regulations are followed. Can be a very unhealthy environment.

      None it’s all about them if they could fly in subservient Italian worker to run the mill they would but thank god for brexit . The sooner they sell up the better

      Cons

      I worked her for a while and got out thank god . The place is a den of narcissistic bullies who treat British worker with a discussing air of superiority. The uk CEO was in meeting and said ,,,leave it to the Italians we were doing things like this while you were all still painting your faces blue . That says all you need to know about this company stay away .
