      Pros

      Being part of a growing company has meant that I have had such an exciting first 6 months at Sofidel. My team are extremely knowledgeable and I am looking forward to continuing to grow and make meaningful contributions. Fabulous benefits including (but not limited to) free onsite parking, life assurance, private health, generous annual leave, company Christmas parties, Costco membership

      Cons

      No working from home may be seen as a con for some but bit for me - I love being on site and part of such a collaborative team
