      Pros

      Big company and growing . If things are ok nobody cares what you do and you have time also for you . Good investment in the company image .

      Cons

      - OLD management mentality !!! is like in communism only the supreme leader knows everything the rest must execute . - no support from anyone and you need a lot of effort even for small projects - no investment in employees

      Pros

      At first it's very pleasing and very interesting clean but noisy.

      Cons

      Treatment of employees is woeful they think they own you and are treated like dirt. You are watched every minute of the day and if anything goes wrong be prepared to be blamed and shouted at on the shop floor

      Friendly atmosphere, you cannot get fired unless you leave...

      Cons

      "Much ado about nothing" kind of Italian style, if there 's a problem no Italian manager would recognize he made a mistake or apologize for it. Middle managers much better qualified than superior ones. Old-school management, that needs a blood refreshment.
