      Pros

      Owner making many investments in the business, if things pan out the future could be bright. But as of now there's a lot of work to do.

      Cons

      HORRIFIC senior management, at least of Sofidel America. Europeans with no integrity. They lie to employees and customers, treat employees with complete disrespect, and throw subordinates under the bus as sacrificial lambs for their own failings. Revamp the leadership and maybe there's hope. As of now, heed my words... DO NOT work for these guys.

      The sales team are great except for the VPs.

      Cons

      They lie to you,berate you because of their own inadequate skills. They constantly micromanage their people. This is a job not day care.
